Tender requirements

We operate only within the permit conditions of each site. This includes Environmental Agency permits, planning permissions, and site-specific licences.

HSWA 1974

We’re fully compliant with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 – the foundational UK workplace safety legislation. This is backed by our ISO 45001 accreditation.

Contractual obligations
